Neutra-Clean is an excellent encapsulation product to use when minimal wetting of fabrics is beneficial. It is one of the most Environmentally Earth Friendly products available. It’s great for hand bonnet cleaning of upholstered items in your Home, Office, RV, or automobile. Soils are suspended through agitation and will dry non-tacky, and brittle for removal during vacuuming. Neutral pH7, safe for most fabrics including cotton, wool, and even silk.
